Step 6 of 6 · People

People: the right people, in the right roles, at the right time

In the end, the plan is delivered by people. Step 6 makes sure you have the right ones in the right roles — and a hiring timeline that matches the plan.

The question · what you do

Who delivers it, and when do we hire? People Management, the Recruitment Journey, 15 psychometric assessments, Week by Week training and Key Person Risk.

The tools in this step

People Management

Six steps to manage your team effectively — a proven method for retaining talent.

Recruitment Journey

Runs a hire end to end, leaving a dated record.

Psychometric Assessments

Fifteen assessments covering behaviour, motivation and aptitude — for shortlists, promotions and general people development.

House of Change

Plot your team and understand how to move them through the rooms back to renewal and revitalisation.

Week by Week

52 subjects, one a week, on topics like health and safety and company policies — a dated record of who was told what, and when.

Key Person Risk

Who the business cannot run without, and whether anyone has genuinely covered for them.

Staff Handbook

Your policies in one place, ready-written for UK law: edit them, issue them, and see who has read them.

How it fits the plan

Step 6 completes the plan. Re-run the diagnostic and the scores show how far the business has moved. Everyone walks all six steps; your diagnostic scores decide which get a full audit and which a ten-minute check, and everything lands on your dashboard as one action plan.

Questions about this step

Who can see a manager’s notes about a person?

Only that manager. Key person risk scores, House of Change rooms, coaching plans and observations are working notes; they are not published to the company, to the person, or to their development record.

Does adding staff change what we pay?

Your plan is set by headcount. If the staff you record pass your band, we tell you, and you move to the right band from your next bill. Nothing is blocked. See Help for the detail.

Is it included in my plan?

Yes. Every people tool comes with every BBE plan, for every user.
